Julie is a small, Washingtonian tree frog found primarily in the temperate rainforests of the fantastic land of Ferndale. Feeding on the fabled land prawns of Bellingham and the occasional succulent Black Drop coffee bean, the Julie is often found outside of her usual territory. While stalking wild fenmeres in the lower regions of Happy Valley, her chirping can be heard if you listen carefully. Often it can be mistaken for the cheerful laughter of a boggen or a sprite, or even the maniacal cackling of a mad scientist. Be wary if you here this last cry of the Julie. It often means that massive tickling is imminant(especially if you're a fenmere).
